    RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

    At Small Dog Club, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we are here to assist you. Please take a moment to review our return policy.


    ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

    We accept returns ONLY in the following circumstances:

    ✔ Damaged Products:
    If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund as per your preference (image proof must be provided).

    ✔ Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive the correct item promptly.

    ⚠ PLEASE NOTE:

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    • We do not charge return shipping fees. (Free Returns) 

    ⚠ RETURN TIMEFRAME: 15 days from purchase


    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
    • Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe mentioned above for each circumstance.

    We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before approving or refusing the return and initiating the refund or replacement process. Any item that has been washed, used or worn is non-returnable.


    Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Provide the necessary details, such as your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images if applicable.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return shipping instructions if necessary.
    • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or replacement promptly, as per your preference.

    REFUNDS
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
