βœ… Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive the correct item promptly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

  • Any item that has been washed, usedΒ or worn is non-returnable.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
