RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns ONLY in the following circumstances:

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund as per your preference (image proof must be provided).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Any item that has been washed, usedΒ or worn is non-returnable.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or replacement promptly, as per your preference.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are not refundable.
